Se compone de los muros, suelos y techos que dan al exterior, a otras viviendas vecinas o a las zonas comunes.<\/p>\n La vida en una burbuja de confort.<\/strong><\/p>\n Se instalan carpinter\u00edas de altas prestaciones que cuentan con muy baja transmitancia t\u00e9rmica. Son de PVC con cristales multicapa y c\u00e1maras rellenas de gas para que transmitan menos la temperatura.<\/p>\n \u00a1Los cristales mantienen el calor en invierno y reflejan el sol en verano!.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sellamos cualquier espacio en huecos o rendijas para evitar al m\u00e1ximo las infiltraciones de aire indeseado y conservar el confort de tu vivienda.<\/p>\n Realizamos al menos dos tests de hermeticidad Blower Door para comprobar estas infiltraciones en cada vivienda. La forma de certificar un edificio completo es calculando una media ponderada de todos los resultados obtenidos en el edificio.<\/p>\n Todos los puntos de la envolvente en los que no suele haber aislamiento en las viviendas tradicionales, como los pilares de fachada, se tratan y calculan para evitar en la medida de lo posible la ausencia de confort en las zonas sensibles. Se da la continuidad a la hoja de aislamiento y se comprueba, punto por punto, el cumplimiento de los requisitos del est\u00e1ndar Passivhaus.<\/p>\n El moderno equipo instalado en tu terraza es parte del sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica que sirve para que haya una renovaci\u00f3n constante del ambiente interior de tu casa durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n Se instalan equipos de ventilaci\u00f3n que garantizan la m\u00e1xima eficiencia energ\u00e9tica del equipo, calidad de los filtros y bajo nivel sonoro.<\/p>\n El aire entra desde el exterior a la m\u00e1quina y ah\u00ed se intercambia la energ\u00eda con el aire interior de la casa.
